RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

•Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you need to return or exchange any jewelry. 

•All items must be in brand new unworn condition, along with all of the original packaging including the box to insure the item is returned undamaged during shipping.  

Any Items returned -

•without original packaging

•Items in used condition

•Items returned damaged are not eligible for full refunds.

•Earrings that have been opened from the sealed hygienic packaging are absolutely NO LONGER RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.    

•Shipping costs are non refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items should be shipped back USPS First class mail with tracking
